"Forgot the name of the representative that helped me , but he did spens a lot of time qith me and answering all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions . He listened to my need and proposed some gear accordingly .

Ended up buying helmet , jacket, gloves , bluetooth, brought a friend who also bought a bluetooth, 2 bikes covers .. Spent a good amount there ;)
